Terms of Service

1. The Deal

You pay money. Your message goes on the site. 95% of your payment goes to GiveWell's Top Charities Fund (~5% covers payment processing fees). Donations are transferred weekly. You hold The Throne until someone pays more.

2. No Refunds

Once you bid, it's a donation. Your money goes to charity immediately. No refunds, no exceptions. This is the point.

3. Content Rules

Your message will be displayed publicly. We reserve the right to remove content that is:

• Illegal
• Threatening or harassing
• Promoting violence
• Spam or scams

If we remove your message, your donation still goes to charity. You don't get the throne back.

4. No Guarantees

The site might go down. Someone might outbid you in 30 seconds. Your message might only be seen by 12 people. We make no promises about exposure, uptime, or throne duration.

5. Liability

We're not liable for anything. You're donating to charity through a weird auction mechanism. That's it.

6. Changes

We might change these terms. We'll try to be reasonable about it.
